Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of all personal data BePulse AI holds about you. Submit the form below and we will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What data BePulse AI stores
Account Information
Your name, email address, and hashed password.
Instagram Connection
Your Instagram user ID, username, follower count, and access token used to fetch your metrics.
Shopify Connection
Your shop domain, Shopify access token, and the order and product data fetched from your store.
AI Chat History
All messages sent to and received from the BePulse AI assistant across all conversations.
Weekly Revenue Plans
All AI-generated weekly plans saved to your account.
API Keys
Any API keys generated for Zapier or external integrations.
What happens after you submit
- We verify your identity by matching the email to an existing account.
- All data listed above is permanently deleted from our database within 30 days.
- We send a confirmation email to your address when deletion is complete.
- Note: revoking BePulse’s access in Instagram and Shopify settings will also stop any future data collection from those platforms independently.
